You don’t accept the basics in life and you are restless in your efforts to excel both at work and outside of work. You have experience of dealing with large numbers of customers, are analytical (comfortable with data) and a great problem solver. You excel in building relationships both with Customers and internal stakeholders. Day to Day you will: • Deliver online webinars and demos to customers to help them grasp the technology, or to introduce new/additional features • Answer emails and texts from Tradify customers, answer their questions and/or point them to available resources • Conduct welcome calls with new customers to understand their business, identify their needs, and explore the challenges they aim to solve, ensuring they are effectively utilizing Tradify. • Check in with customers that have been using Tradifty software to ensure they are using this to the best of its ability Your skills and experience might include; • A background in Customer Success, Support or Sales • Being passionate about making technology accessible and relatable, you'll engage with individuals who excel in their craft but may not be as familiar with the tools you're helping them navigate and use effectively. • Motivated to proactively reach out to all customers who may need assistance with onboarding or may be experiencing issues, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed.
