About you: As a Technical Success Manager, in partnership with the ChangeGPS Member Success Team, you’ll play a critical role in driving business outcomes for our members. Your accounting technical and practice management expertise allows you to understand each client's unique goals, provide tailored guidance and map out a clear path to meeting business objectives. ( ChangeGPS is a member of the Access family). Day-to-day, you will be focused on:  • Delivering coaching modules to enable accounting firms to improve their practices using ChangeGPS tools – as well as developing the range of modules and services available. • Your growth mindset and self-motivation, using your extensive knowledge of accounting and practice management, as well as a high degree of proficiency in applying software capabilities to real world applications. • Exhibiting a good understanding of the accounting industry – including market trends and the competitive landscape. This includes the nuances of the various client roles that use our products, and the typical business processes implemented - thus enhancing your ability to provide strategic, industry specific advice. • Cross group collaboration, across Account Teams, Product development and Support – building new relationships to enable customer success. • Keeping abreast of product enhancements and understanding software commercial models, you’ll know how to blend the right outcomes for the customer, which includes when to create paid for engagement, ARR lead generation and Revenue retention. Your skills and experiences might also include:    • Being a member of the Institute of Public Accountants, Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand or a Certified Practicing Accountants. • Extensive experience and a background in accounting and a good understanding of practice management, along with a technical aptitude with an ability to learn and communicate new software updates clearly. • Confident interpersonal skills along with strong communication, intuition and rapport-building abilities. • Effective organization and problem-solving skills, showing resourcefulness and efficiency when addressing client issues.
