You seek to contribute to a fast-growing company, building tools for ambitious businesses to enhance their recruitment operations. Day-to-day, you will:  - Collect needs from stakeholders, document them, create user stories, and keep track of requirements.  - Work with internal and external teams to ensure APIs are delivered on time and maintained properly. - Monitor and report on development progress, finalize tasks, and manage release schedules. - Study the market and competitors, understand Agile practices, and communicate effectively with internal teams to support processes.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   - Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles, HTTP protocols, and proficiency in using API documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI.  - At least 2 years of experience in business process and/or technology implementation  - Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Continuous Integration etc. - Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units with excellent English What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
