About you:  You will be an experienced and ambitious Talent Acquisition Manager coming from a global organisation. With a nature flair for process improvement to make things better, every day, you will thrive on leading a team to become the very best, high performing function. Naturally you building strong relationships with stakeholders to be a a trusted business partner. Day-to-day, you will:  * Manage a team of 6 Recruiters all based in Kuala Lumpur * Partner with key stakeholders to understand their needs and agree on the recruitment strategy- both in Malaysia and globally * Create and produce monthly reporting for the business * Work closely with the regional HR Business Partner * Coach and develop the team * Drive productivity to ensure we achieve our ambitious people growth target * Collaborate with other TA Managers across our global operation Your skills and experiences might also include:   * Minimum of 5 years experience managing a talent acquisition team * Experience working in a matrixed organisation * Pro-active and organised in approach, agile in execution with a real sense of urgency * Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills, with experience partnering hiring managers, interview panels and HR throughout the hiring process * Used to created and presenting data to senior stakeholders * Experience of Workday would be helpful What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
