About you: You’re an experienced sales leader with a strong record managing enterprise account portfolios over £15M ARR. You’ve led large, distributed teams across account management, new business or specialist sales. You use consultative selling and data to plan and execute strategic accounts. You build and maintain C-level relationships and navigate complex procurement and governance processes. You’ve grown key accounts worth £1M+ ARR and developed sector-focused strategies that boost customer value and market share. You understand the evolving needs of the care sector and help position Access as the go-to technology partner for care providers. You work well independently and drive change through influence. Day-to-day, you will: · Take ownership of outcomes across a strategic account base spanning care providers, care home groups, and multi-site organisations. · Manage strategic portfolios of 80+ enterprise & strategic clients across UK regions within the Care sector. · Lead with insight and data, applying analytics to drive account prioritisation, customer expansion, and long-term value delivery. · Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of sales and account professionals. · Influence and support decision-makers in areas like compliance, workforce management, digital care planning, and service quality improvement. · Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with regulatory and commercial shifts in the care sector. · Champion value-driven solutions for Access customers, ensuring strong ROI and user adoption across our Care software suite. Your skills and experiences might also include: Strategic Portfolio Management: · Own performance across a Care division portfolio of 80+ strategic accounts generating £30M+ ARR. · Support cross-functional selling with partnerships, customer success, and domain specialists. · Deliver against an annual sales target in excess of £3.5M with accountability for year-on-year growth. Team Leadership: · Lead a high-performing team of 6+ professionals including Account Manager and Senior Account Managers across the UK. · Manage key enterprise relationships with care sector leaders e.g., multi-site care groups, supported living networks, and not-for-profit providers. · Run strategic account reviews and executive-level customer engagements, managing accounts ranging from £400K to £1.5M+ ARR. Business Performance: · Forecast accurately, managing complex deal cycles, multi-year contracts, and solution expansions. · Run monthly business reviews covering pipeline health, customer outcomes, competitive positioning, and future strategy. · Shape divisional strategy and feed sector intelligence into product and proposition development. Strategic Initiatives: · Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver an exceptional customer experience and roll out innovations early. · Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the Care portfolio — including care planning, rostering, compliance, and finance. · Represent Access at care sector events, roundtables, and networks to reinforce thought leadership and market visibility.
