About you:
As the Social Media Lead, you are responsible for overseeing social media platforms that represent the DesignMyNight brand. You'll take an active role in the day-to-day management of both organic and paid activities. You will implement the department's strategy to ensure DesignMyNight creates content that drives value for users while aligning with the business's core KPIs—driving traffic to DesignMyNight.com, growing audiences and engagement, and converting users into bookings or purchases
Day-to-day, you will:
• Protect and support the DesignMyNight brand voice while staying data-driven and analysing past successes for informed decision-making.
• Pre-plan and manage social media content, using tools like Hootsuite and SEMrush, to create engaging posts tailored to each platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with PR firms, influencers, and clients to gain exclusive exposure and ensure successful collaboration within the team.
• Monitor and adapt to industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes, while working towards hitting monthly KPIs for traffic, conversions, and engagement.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Analytics & Reporting: Skilled in analyzing data from GA4, Hootsuite, BITLY, and Later for informed decision-making.
• Copywriting & Content Creation: Strong copywriter adept at producing optimized content for social media success and video production.
• Communication & Collaboration: Effective communicator who can coordinate across teams and respond quickly in reactive situations.
• Trend Spotting & Community Management: Talented at identifying social trends that align with the brand and engaging proactively with the community.
