About you:
You are an experienced project management professional with a strong background in delivering complex, high-risk projects. You have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed within time, budget, and quality expectations.

Day-to-day, you will:
· Define project requirements, manage stakeholder agreements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Lead and oversee multiple high-impact projects, including Customer Success, CoE transformation, Product Delivery, and organisational change initiatives.
· Manage project risks, dependencies, and compliance with governance frameworks, while providing clear reporting on progress, budget, and risks.
· Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Your skills and experiences might also include:
· Proven ability to manage multiple high-value (£50K-£100K) professional services projects within the IT or technology sector, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
· Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and P&L management skills, ensuring financial accountability and project profitability.
· Experience in programme/project management, consultancy, transformation, or application development, with a focus on best practices and continuous improvement.
· Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, Agile PM Practitioner, ITIL, demonstrating expertise in project governance and methodologies.
