About you:
You are an experienced enabler with a passion for delivery and impact. You enjoy leading with purpose, structuring programs that scale, and working cross-functionally to deliver enablement that empowers people and teams. You’re confident delivering in-person sessions and managing projects, stakeholders, and a growing team.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Roll out global enablement programs (onboarding, bootcamps, product enablement) across our Go Centre, ensuring alignment with global goals while tailoring to local needs.
• Deliver live enablement sessions to local teams, embedding retention and reinforcement frameworks.
• Collaborate on Division Days and regional go-to-market events, representing enablement within Romania.
• Lead and manage a local team of enablement consultants, driving execution of enablement programs, tools, and technologies.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• A strong background in enablement, coaching, or training, ideally within GTM or sales operations.
• Comfortable using Clari, Clari Groove, Consensus, LMS platforms, and other enablement tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking balanced with hands-on execution and delivery.
