Job description
Digital Sales Manager
ERP
Loughborough, Hybrid
We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.
Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.
About you:
You are a skilled sales leader with experience driving growth across a diverse range of accounts and managing multi-product deals. You effectively use video, marketing content, and other tools to help your team qualify and close new deals through both cross sell and upsell. As a strong coach, you significantly impact your team's customer engagement and sales effectiveness through effective use of MEDDPICC. You excel at developing strategic sales plans, collaborating closely with marketing to create impactful assets, and using CRM tools to add value within your team. While experience in the Enterprise Resource Planning sector is a plus, it’s not essential — we value your ability to lead and innovate in sales strategies
Day-to-day, you will:
· Lead a team of Account Managers, helping to manage key customer relationships and overseeing a substantial portfolio of existing accounts that are managed by them.
· Develop and execute sales campaigns, adapting strategies through business requirements.
· Work closely with marketing to ensure your team is well-prepared and create joint plans to achieve sales targets.
· Provide forecasts and insights to leadership, implementing a structured sales methodology to track performance.
· Create a supportive environment where coaching and mentoring are at the forefront of what you do.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
· A motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, driving change and achieving tangible sales results.
· Strong background in managing Sales Teams and using data to enhance performance. Use of Clari, Salesforce and MEDDPICC sales methodology is a plus but not a must.
· Excellent data analytics skills that drive sales growth.
· Proven stakeholder management skills, balancing diverse perspectives and making swift decisions.
· Experience in mentoring and supporting team members, fostering high engagement and performance.
· Ability to quickly identify challenges and drive effective solutions.
What does Access offer you?
We offer a flexible, hybrid working environment where you can balance work and life while maintaining a strong office team-based culture. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.
On top of a competitive salary, our standard 25 days holiday (which goes up the longer you’re with us), and a matched pension scheme, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.
