Apply to find out more. About you: As a sales programs outreach specialist you'll play a big part in the sales execution that drives the Access Group into the next phase of our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing scalable sales programs and outreach tooling and processes across multiple divisions and software companies in the Access Group. This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work in a cross function dynamic environment. Day-to-day, you will: Govern and improve Groove Flows by managing flow quality, creating performance insights for sales leadership, and leading a monthly Content Council with marketing and sales to enhance flow quality and volume. Maintain a clear governance process for flow approvals, including MD/GM sign-offs for propositions and sales leadership for content and copy. Ensure lead management and customer journey accuracy by monitoring lead engagement in Groove Automated Flows, rerouting leads from former employees to active users or placing them in holding patterns, and escalating over-contacted customers to sales for resolution. Police lead activity to ensure consistent and appropriate follow-up. Develop automation and improve MQL conversion by creating up to 20 Groove Flow automations monthly tied to trade shows, webinars, product launches, and sales plays. Align automation efforts with Salesforce MQL routing rules to maximise Sales and Sales Development impact. Support platform usage and maintain technical operations, including resolving Groove-related issues, provisioning new users, updating roles and licenses, and maintaining documentation and enablement materials. Apply the same standards and processes to Clari Co-Pilot Battlecards, including governance, content quality, and performance insights Your skills and experiences might also include:    Proven experience (3+ years) in Sales Programs, Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, or a similar role, with a strong focus on demand generation and data analysis as core components of success. Skilled in using key sales technologies, with hands-on experience in tools such as Clari, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Consensus considered a strong advantage. Thrives in fast-paced, highly commercial matrix environments, demonstrating adaptability, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage competing priorities with ease. Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, with a track record of successfully executing complex programs, solving problems effectively, and building strong relationships across teams.
