You lead high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results and drive revenue growth from both existing and new clients. With extensive experience in managing a high growth sales engine, you oversee large-scale operations and achieve significant revenue targets. Your leadership style fosters a high-performance environment, engaging team members and enhancing overall performance. You are a natural mentor and coach, dedicated to the development of the Hospitality Software team. Thriving in dynamic environments, you consistently exceed targets, showcasing your ability to adapt and implement innovative sales strategies, whilst working cross-functionally to achieve positive business outcomes. Day-to-day, you will:    Revenue Growth and Strategy: Plan, forecast, and execute strategies to drive new business and maximize revenue growth through effective sales initiatives.  Team Leadership and Development: Inspire, mentor, train and performance manage the sales team to present our value proposition, while providing direct support in closing and retaining high-value deals.  Value Proposition and Market Understanding: Develop and maintain our value proposition, understand market needs, and stay informed about competitive offerings.  Collaboration and Campaigns: Work with Marketing & the Propositions team to design lead generation campaigns, and collaborate across divisions to share best practices and insights.  Data-Driven Insights: Analyze and interpret sales performance data and industry feedback to provide actionable insights to cross functional the Executive Management Team to help drive roadmap and investment decisions.   Your skills and experiences might also include:     Proven track record in driving significant revenue growth in high-growth tech businesses at Director level or higher, particularly within the hospitality software sector, by managing high-performance sales teams and executing effective sales strategies.  Track record working across Enterprise, Group and SMB account. Leading and optimising the GTM motions required to be successful and profitable.  Expertise in building and leading high-growth sales teams, attracting, converting, and retaining top sales talent to maximize revenue, with extensive experience in the hospitality software industry.  Highly analytical and data-driven approach to sales management, utilizing data to inform decisions and strategy, and known for innovative problem-solving, especially in the context of hospitality software solutions.  Purposeful and concise communicator with strong presentation skills, possessing immediate credibility with peers and board-level executives, and a deep understanding of the hospitality software market.  Skilled at time management and prioritisation in fast-paced environments, capable of making decisions in complex, ambiguous situations, and adaptable to changing priorities, with a successful track record in the hospitality software sector.
