About you:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Sales Administrator.
This role will support our sales and customer service teams by ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. You will have experience with Salesforce, creating contracts and proposals, maintaining clean databases, assisting with marketing campaigns, managing customer communications, and more. You will play a key role in assisting the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting team members in a variety of administrative tasks.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
1. Salesforce & Database Management: Upload, update, and maintain sales opportunities and customer data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Routinely clean and manage databases to uphold data integrity across systems.
2. Contract, Proposal & Customer Support: Prepare contracts, recontract paperwork, and proposals in collaboration with sales teams. Assist customers with queries related to support portals, billing issues, and general service questions while managing customer communications and ensuring timely responses.
3. Marketing & Sales Assistance: Support marketing efforts, including planning, execution, and customer outreach. Assist with managing downsells, cancellations, and account transitions. Eventually, be open to a small amount of cold and warm calling to support sales campaigns and lead generation.
4.Cross-Team Collaboration & Administrative Support: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth processes and service delivery. Provide administrative assistance and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
1. Sales & Administrative Expertise: Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role, preferably in a sales environment. Familiarity with contract creation, proposals, and billing processes is an advantage.
2.
Technical & Organisational Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Communication & Customer Service: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities. Experience with cold calling and customer outreach campaigns is a plus.
4.Team Collaboration & Industry Knowledge: Ability to support team members and work collaboratively. Some experience in the hospitality industry is preferable but not essential.
