The Role: Reporting directly to the APAC Revenue Cycle Manager, this role is responsible for the development and roll out of a Revenue Assurance process for APAC across all product lines and the ongoing development and continuous improvement in a measurable way. This role will work closely with the O2C Manager and will be responsible for the functional “HOW” the team operates with authority to direct and adjust processes as required. This is a great opportunity and a high-profile role which the individual can develop the department within a growing organisation whilst improving and maintaining a high billing accuracy rate and providing clear visibility to leadership. The role will need to liaise with UK counterparts to leverage best practice and new developments as well as work across functionally in region to help ensure the changing needs of our internal and external customers are met and will support new acquisitions’ BAU revenue assurance. Day-to-day, you will: Revenue Monitoring: • Implement and maintain robust processes to monitor revenue streams and ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing. • Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and potential revenue leakage. Billing Accuracy: • Collaborate with the billing team to ensure that customer invoices accurately reflect the products/services delivered. • Analyze billing data to identify errors and discrepancies and take corrective actions. Contract Compliance: • Review customer contracts to ensure adherence to pricing structures and terms. • Work closely with the legal and sales teams to resolve any discrepancies between contractual agreements and actual billing. Data Analysis: • Utilize data analytics tools to perform in-depth analysis of revenue-related data. • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in financial data to proactively address potential issues. Process Improvement: • Continuously assess to enhance revenue assurance processes to minimize errors and improve efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize revenue-related workflows. Reporting: • Generate and present regular reports on revenue performance, highlighting key metrics and trends. • Provide insights to the management team on revenue assurance activities and recommendations for improvement. Skills and Experience: .Extensive Order to Cash process knowledge and technical expertise .Excellent attention to detail and able to work towards tight deadlines .Excellent with systems and processes, drive automation and improve processes .Have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels within the business .Numeracy - the ability to deal with numerical complexity whilst maintaining accuracy through checks and controls .Customer contact experience including query and escalation handling .Innovative and considerate problem-solving skills .To work in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures What does Access offer you?
