Exhibits outstanding analytical capabilities, adept at collating and synthesizing information from diverse sources to build cohesive and comprehensive analysis and reports. Possesses a strong commercial acumen, skillfully interpreting market trends, financial data, CRM data and business strategies to inform decision-making. Thrives in situations where inputs are fragmented or unclear, applying a strategic mindset to organize and clarify complex information. Is an exceptional communicator, adept at transforming intricate data sets into clear, compelling presentations and reports, tailored for various audiences. Approaches problem-solving with optimism, curiosity and rigor, consistently delivering innovative and effective solutions to complex and/or new challenges. Balances autonomy and teamwork effortlessly, excelling in solo tasks while contributing significantly to collaborative projects. Day-to-day, you will: Deliver high-quality analysis, actionable data and insights to increase sales and marketing efficiency Actively review and provide regular insights on pipeline generation, quality and sales performance Support the Revenue Operations lead with our operational cadence (e.g. QBRs, Pipeline and Forecast Review) and strategic initiatives Collaborate across multiple functions within the organization to shape initiatives and drive change Develop new ideas to shape the strategy and operational rhythm of the division Your skills and experiences might include: Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative subjects (e.g. Maths, Economics, Engineering, Finance) preferred 2-4 years of experience in Business/Sales Operations, Strategy, Consulting (or similar) required Experience in the IT / Software industry and/or B2B Sales preferred but not essential High analytical proficiency in Microsoft Excel required Experience with Salesforce.com, BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) or SQL would be an advantage Strong business acumen, analytical and interpersonal skills An ability to communicate clear and concise information to management and cross-functional teams Strong execution, prioritisation and time management skills, whilst dealing effectively with ambiguity Experience in financial modeling and analysis, providing you with the skills to create robust, data-driven financial projections and business cases. Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data and analysis in a clear and compelling manner to a variety of stakeholders. What does Access offer you?
