About you:
As the Employee eXperience Advisor you'll drive meaningful and impactful connections and experience across our global workforce by crafting compelling and innovative content that brings our culture to life.
You'll manage Executive communications, translating executive vision into authentic messages that resonate with employees at every level. From developing innovative internal channels to managing cross-cultural engagement initiatives, you'll shape how our global teams connect, collaborate, and feel genuinely valued.
You will be capable of planning, implementing, and managing complex communications aimed at enhancing the Access brand, fostering robust engagement and continually improving our culture.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Content Creation: You'll craft compelling narratives and visual content that transform complex updates into engaging stories. You'll develop multimedia content plans that cut through information overload and create genuine connection and moments that matter for employees worldwide.
• Executive Communications: You'll partner with executive leadership (CEO, CSO, CPO) to translate executive vision into authentic messaging for town halls, updates, and celebrations. You'll shape the exec voice to feel personal and purposeful across all global audiences.
• Channel Development and Management: You'll build and optimize our global communication ecosystem that work across time zones and cultures. You'll launch innovative platforms and manage engagement initiatives that foster dialogue and belonging across our global community.
• EVP and Employee Awards: You'll showcase what makes us a great place to work through compelling storytelling and curate employee award submissions that position Access as a global employer and acquirer of choice.
• Your Impact: You'll make every employee experience matter by putting authentic connection at the heart of how we unite as one global team.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Excellent communication skills across written, visual, and verbal formats with strong senior stakeholder management capabilities
• Event management and curation experience with proficiency in design software including Canva, Staffbase, Pagetiger, Adobe, and video editing tools
• Digital platform expertise in developing, building, and maintaining intranet solutions such as SharePoint alongside other digital communication platforms
• Project management and data analysis skills to prioritise communication initiatives, deliver work on time and to budget, and create measurement dashboards using data to inform communication strategies
