About you: As a project manager in the HSC Local Government team you will take full accountability for managing projects of varying types and sizes involving one or many of our HSC software products, delivered from within the Professional Services part of the business. This role requires exceptional adaptability to manage our evolving project requirements while also maintaining strong commercial focus on revenue targets and project profitability. You will work directly with HSC Local Government customers to plan, coordinate and deliver our implementation projects, following our PM playbook and AIMS Methodology. This role would suit an experienced project management professional who thrives in dynamic environments, takes complete ownership of project outcomes, and can navigate complex stakeholder relationships while delivering commercially successful results. Day-to-day, you will: • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, outcomes, and customer satisfaction • Define project requirements and align stakeholders across multiple concurrent projects • Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and adapt to changing requirements • Monitor project performance, burn rates, and profitability in real time • Communicate progress, risks, and commercial performance to stakeholders • Build strong customer relationships and lead internal and external project teams   Your skills and experiences might also include: • Proven experience delivering SaaS projects with full accountability • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on value and profitability • Skilled in agile delivery and managing evolving project requirements • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills • Technically confident in translating solutions into customer outcomes • Project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) preferred What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
