We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About You: In this role you will ensure implementation projects are delivered, by yourself, to a high standard, in the timescale agreed with the customer. You will be comfortable communicating with the customer directly and providing guidance on processes and procedures. You are expected to have excellent planning, resource and risk management skills and will be comfortable working with multiple customers on multiple projects in each week. You will be a self-starter who is comfortable working on tasks independently whilst identifying and raising any risks or concerns in a timely manner, to ensure a smooth project delivery. Working as part of the wider Healthcare team you will be comfortable working with internal stakeholders (Projects, Hosting, Development, InterOps and DevOps) to ensure that everyone has all the relevant technical information required to successfully deliver large complex projects. The role is based within the Health, Support and Care Division, specifically working with the Healthcare sector supporting our customers, who are predominantly Healthcare trusts using our products to deliver positive outcomes for both patients and our customers teams. Day-to-day, you will: • Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery milestones are met within the agreed time, cost, and quality constraints. Implement and adhere to project processes while identifying and documenting risks and issues. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Work closely with your Team Leader to schedule resources and maintain good billable utilization to achieve revenue targets. • Utilize excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members, fostering a high-performance environment. Maintain exacting standards to ensure an excellent customer and user experience. • Develop expertise in delivering and implementing products within the team’s portfolio. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills to improve project outcomes. • Duties may vary over time without changing the nature or level of responsibility. Additional tasks may be assigned by the line manager as required. Skills and Experience: • Proven experience in delivering IT project management within the healthcare sector, ensuring successful implementation and outcomes. • Strong leadership qualities, with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • A results-driven approach with a strong focus on delivery, demonstrating the ability to adopt practical and pragmatic solutions when needed. • Expertise in project planning, forecasting, and budget management, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial control. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective collaboration across all levels.
