About you: Access Managed Services are seeking an experienced and competent Project Coordinator to join our Professional Services team to provide project coordination across a range of customer projects. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be playing a vital role within the Professional Services team to ensure the successful execution of the Company’s business mission through delivery. The role of the Project Coordinator centres around the Professional Services sales opportunities and the optimisation of the Professional Services Engineer utilisation. The role requires a self-starter due to the volume of Customer requests & technical requirements; they will need to work independently and proactively without direct supervision. You will also be an individual providing a liaison function between Customers, Sales, Engineers and key stakeholders. Day-to-day, you will: • Provide Project Coordination to Project Management on Customer projects/requests across the Professional Services portfolio • Have a natural ability for customer relationship building and influencing internal stakeholders • Have control in managing multiple internal and client project resources from project start up to project closure, in line with resource skills, availability and customer expectations • Be the first point of contact for all internal key stakeholders and Customers for Professional Services opportunities • Assist in providing insights in the production of monthly forecasting, revenue & utilisation reporting for the Professional Services team • Update internal systems and reporting mechanisms with relevant booking information, revenue recognition & schedules • Work in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures As a well-rounded Project Coordinator, your Skills and Experiences likely include: • 3-5 years’ experience in Project Coordination/Project Management or similar role desirable • An individual working towards a Project Management role • Ideally some exposure to IT Hosting & Infrastructure projects • An excellent communicator, both in writing and spoken communications, with proven customer service skills • Previous experience using Microsoft Office Applications required • Proactive, works at pace, goal orientated with a strong delivery and milestone focused • Ability to forward plan • Excellent decision-making skills and organisational skills • Anticipate and address challenges that may arise in daily tasks • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to escalate issues as needed and drive resolution What does Access offer you?
