Legal Bricks are an ever-growing team, who specialise in providing great customer service to our client base throughout the UK. Dealing largely with Estate Agents and Legal Professionals. We are looking for someone who can converse with customers on all levels, showing a degree of empathy and understanding where required.
Our offices are based at the Waterfront, in Dudley and you will be joining a friendly, growing team. Looking for a candidate who can add value to our team, assisting with our additional admin tasks and having the ability to learn and develop new skills quickly.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Handle client queries and updates, processing orders
- Liaising with suppliers and managing expectations
- Use of web based solutions and basic Microsoft products
- Diary planning and management
- Supporting customers and suppliers on a day to day basis
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Salesforce knowledge and basic computer/Microsoft skills
- Basic understanding of the conveyancing process would be amazing
- We are looking for a confident communicator, a great telephone manner is essential!
