As we continue to expand, we're searching for a talented Paid Media Lead to join our team.

Position Overview:

As our Paid Media Lead, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be vital in shaping our online presence and driving business growth through cost-effective advertising strategies. With a strong focus on Google Search Ads and LinkedIn Advertising, you will effectively reach our target audience and achieve our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue.
  • Manage daily paid campaign operations across Google Search Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms as required.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Set, monitor, and maintain budgets and bidding strategies for all paid campaigns.
  • Track, report, and analyze campaign results to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with internal teams (SEO, Content, Creative, and PPC central teams) to align marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum five years of experience managing paid media campaigns, particularly Google Search Ads and LinkedIn.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google Ads), re-targeting, and social network advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.
