About you: As a PMS Onboarding Specialist at Access' Guestline, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations and seamless onboarding for new customers, particularly within the DACH region. This role requires a mix of technical configuration, customer relationship management, and project support skills to enhance the onboarding experience and drive smooth transitions to Guestline's platform. Day-to-day, you will: Manage onboarding post-sales by configuring systems tailored to client needs. Lead installations, ensure quality standards, deliver training, and provide post-go-live support. Collaborate with Project Managers to track, document, and report progress or issues. Deliver internal/external training on new releases and support onboarding of new team members. Your skills and experiences might also include: Customer-focused with strong communication skills (native German and fluent in English). Technical background (database configuration, software installations) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Confident in delivering training and knowledge sharing. Location and Travel: This role involves regular travel to customer sites across Germany for installation assessments and quality assurance. It’s a hybrid position, with approximately 50% of your time spent on-site with clients, and the remaining 50% working remotely or from our Munich office.
