As we continue to expand, we're searching for a talented Paid Media Lead to join our team. Position Overview: As our mid-market and upper mid-market Paid Media Lead, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. You will have a proven track record of working within a demand generation environment that focuses on delivering quality leads throughout the entire marketing funnel (TOF/MOF/BOF) for medium to large enterprises. You will be vital in shaping our online presence and driving business growth through cost-effective advertising strategies across multiple paid channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social and Referral websites. With a key focus on Google Search Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads and LinkedIn Advertising, you will effectively reach our mid-market and upper mid-market target audience to help achieve our marketing objectives. Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue. Presenting back to key stakeholders in MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews) regarding previous months performance and upcoming activities Manage daily paid campaign operations across Google Search Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid channels as required Setting, monitoring and maintaining large budgets for all paid campaigns Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis and marketing insights to optimize campaign performance Tracking, reporting and analyzing campaign results to provide actionable insights and expert recommendations Working closely with internal teams (SEO, Content, Creative, and PPC central teams) to align marketing efforts Staying up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies Key Skills & Qualities Minimum five years of experience managing paid media campaigns, particularly Google Search Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads and LinkedIn Commercially focused individual with a passion for Digital Marketing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google and Microsoft Bing Ads), re-targeting, and social network advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) Proven experience in data analysis and reporting Highly motivated individual that takes a proactive approach to working Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is a plus Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Ads certification is also a plus Why Join Us: At The Access Group, we believe in nurturing talent, enabling creativity, and fostering personal growth.
