You’ll work on a range of projects, ensuring great customer experience every time. You’ll collaborate with our team to make sure the onboarding process runs smoothly and that customers are happy with the service. You’ll be managing multiple tasks at once, so being organised and efficient is key. We need someone with a positive attitude, good problem-solving skills, and a strong phone manner. You'll take initiative, be proactive, and work well with other teams. The role is all about helping customers succeed, so a passion for service and delivering clear training online is essential. We’re always looking for ways to improve, and you’ll play a big part in finding and implementing better ways to help our customers. Day-to-day, you will:  • Onboard new customers using the FlightPath process, manage project backlog, and ensure successful project completion. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide high-quality collateral, and develop product knowledge to support onboarding. • Continuously improve processes and manage client payroll in parallel with live runs, identifying and resolving variances. • Coordinate with the build team, conduct weekly progress calls, and ensure payroll setup, including BACS, penny test, and HMRC authorisation.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Passion for delivering high-quality customer service with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Drive to improve processes and systems, with the ability to manage multiple payroll projects simultaneously. • Quick to learn new payroll applications and technologies, with excellent communication skills both independently and in a team. • Strong time management, payroll processing knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and data handling, with a keen interest in payroll and financial software.
