About you: We’re looking for a methodical and organised Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success team to manage the process for customers applying for our Guestpay package. Reporting to our Operations Manager you’ll work alongside our team of specialists and co-ordinators to ensure that new customers are onboarding in a timely fashion.     You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers from the start of the application through to go-live, ensuring they are kept in the loop at all times with regular updates on the progress of their application. Day to day, you will: • Ensuring each stage of the application is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standard. • Confidentially discuss the onboarding requirements (KYC and KYB verification) to the customer whilst maintaining a strict focus on the sharing of PII data. • Highlighting delays and risks for each application to GuestPay Team, Project Manager and the customer. • Provide a clear and concise handover to the Underwriting Team at our payment partner to minimise any requests for further data and to allow for a prompt contract acceptance. Your skills and experience might also include • You have some experience in payment onboarding. • You have an understanding of company structures, Trusts, Partnerships and PLCs. UK and Ireland and possibly DACH. • You’re interested in delivering solutions to hotels through technology.
