We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   About you:  As an Onboarding Consultant, you specialize in setting up and configuring new accounts, seamlessly importing data, and empowering administrators with comprehensive system training. Your primary goal is to ensure your clients extract maximum value from your solutions, regardless of project scale. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of your approach. Collaborating closely with your team, you ensure a smooth onboarding journey from start to finish. This role is dynamic and evolving, with a strong emphasis on continuously enhancing your FlightPath process. You are dedicated to empowering your clients through user-friendly documentation and instructional videos, aimed at promoting self-sufficiency without compromising on customer experience. You thrive on identifying operational efficiencies and implementing process improvements to streamline your setup procedures. Day-to-day, you will:  • Execute tailored onboarding strategies to seamlessly integrate our software solutions into client workflows. • Deliver comprehensive training sessions and workshops to client teams, ensuring they leverage our software effectively to achieve their business goals. • Manage Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys and utilize client feedback to refine onboarding processes and enhance overall satisfaction. • Facilitate a smooth transition from onboarding to project launch, ensuring all necessary support handovers are seamless and well-documented.
