Overview 

This exciting role for The Access Group will bring additional creativity to our in-house video and motion services, turning business objectives into compelling stories that deliver results. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will create captivating visual content that effectively communicates our brand's message across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within marketing and company-wide functions such as internal comms and customer success to produce engaging motion graphics that drive audience engagement and enhance our brand presence, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. 

You will have a strong portfolio showing you are adept at storytelling through motion graphics and video. You should be comfortable bringing ideas to the table and running internal clients through ideas and work whilst understanding marketing strategy and brand positioning. 

Day-to-day you will: 

• From briefs provided, create compelling motion graphics and videos that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives. 

• Develop storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts for motion graphics and video projects. 

• Utilise industry-standard software and tools to design and animate motion graphics, including typography, illustrations, and visual effects. 

• Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished final product, ensuring high-quality visuals and seamless transitions. 

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and target audience. 

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining attention to detail and quality. 

• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in motion graphics and video production. 

• Optimise motion graphics and video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and presentations.  

Your skills and experiences are likely to include the following: 

• Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Multi Media, Graphic Design, or a related field. 

• Proven experience, at least 3 years, as a Motion Graphics Designer, Video Producer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics projects. 

• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant tools. 

• Solid understanding of animation principles, video editing techniques, and visual storytelling. 

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities, a keen eye for detail and composition. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 

• Familiarity with social media platforms and their video specifications. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
