About you:
As a dedicated and customer-focused professional, you will work within our Operations Team to implement and manage digital menus across various platforms. With a commitment to delivering outstanding service, you’ll regularly host online meetings with customers across the APAC region, ensuring their digital menus go live smoothly and on time.
Your natural curiosity drives you to efficiently prioritize, plan, and meet deadlines. You’re adept at identifying and investigating issues, and you bring proactive, solution-oriented thinking to every challenge—benefiting both the customer and the team.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Digital Menu Setup: Configure, test, and launch digital menus across various platforms, ensuring each menu aligns with client specifications and brand standards.
• Customer Collaboration: Host regular online meetings with clients across the APAC region to gather menu requirements, provide updates, and guide them through the setup process.
• Project Management: Efficiently prioritize and manage multiple menu implementations simultaneously, meeting project deadlines and managing client expectations.
• Issue Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues or discrepancies in menu setups, coordinating with internal teams when necessary.
• Process Improvement: Proactively offer solutions and process improvements to enhance the menu implementation workflow, contributing to team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of menu implementations, updates, and client communications; create reports for the Operations Manager as needed
• Training and Support: Provide training to clients on using the menu platform and support them post-launch with any adjustments or troubleshooting required.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience in managing content and configuration into systems preferably in a hospitality/retail setting
• Experience of online ordering and food delivery systems
• Proficiency in configuration management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel for receiving and managing data
• Experience using ticket systems e.g. Jira
• High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player who cares about providing outstanding customer service
• Self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges
