Demand Gen Manager – Ecommerce focus– Access Hospitality (Operations) The role requires hybrid working in our office location in Timisoara. If you are currently located elsewhere, relocation will be necessary and we offer support throughout the process. About you: As Demand Gen Manager – Ecommerce you will develop and optimize the marketing strategy, monitoring the right usage and approach on all channels to drive sales, and expanding brand and product exposure for Trail and CPL Learning.com. You will work closely with marketing, propositions, operations to develop a tactical plan to ensure the business grows, retains customers and creates loyalty. Day-to-day, you will:   • Customer acquisition & channel management: Oversee all digital channels (paid, email, organic, social, webinars) in collaboration with a digital lead. Develop and execute a marketing strategy to drive self-service sign-ups, allocate budgets, and launch lead generation campaigns to meet revenue and pipeline targets for two key products. • Website & e-commerce optimization: Monitor website performance, self-service sign-ups, and e-commerce metrics. Continuously explore SEO, conversion rate (CVR) improvements, and customer journey enhancements to optimize revenue impact for CPL Learning. • Sales enablement & content creation: Collaborate with GTM leads, sales, and product teams to create targeted sales materials (blog posts, white papers, case studies, eBooks) and thought leadership content (guides, webinars, videos) that engage prospects and support sales self-generation as a business growth channel. • KPI-driven marketing & continuous improvement: Lead pricing campaigns, customer marketing strategies, and activities like email campaigns and in-app communication. Utilize analytics tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics) to measure, optimize, and improve performance, staying updated on industry trends and consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline goals. Your skills and experiences might also include:    • Proven growth marketing & sales enablement: Experienced demand generation marketer, particularly in B2B and B2C software, with expertise in collaborating with Sales and proposition teams. Skilled in digital campaigns and fueling sales teams to confidently generate pipeline, with a passion for technology. • Customer journey optimization & decision-making: Strong advocate for customer journey mapping and conversion rate optimization across the sales and marketing funnel. Excellent decision-making skills to prioritize activities that drive the greatest results. • Data-driven & results-oriented: Highly quantitative, with expertise in data acquisition and management to support lead nurturing and outbound programs. Focused on delivering impactful results through performance, engagement, and mindset. • Marketing technology & demand generation: Skilled in marketing automation systems (Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and ABM tools (Demandbase). Proven success in executing demand generation programs across earned (SEO/SEM, email), paid (PPC, sponsorships), and owned channels (webinars, podcasts).
