About you:
As Core ERP Marketing Director, you'll be an integral part of both the marketing leadership team and the Core ERP Divisional Management Team, leading marketing for Access's largest software business. You'll work closely with our sales, product development and customer success functions to deliver against our ambitious growth plans as we take the revolutionary Evolve Suite to market. You'll be responsible for positioning our highly differentiated finance, HR, payroll, CRM, analytics and spend automation offering specifically for the UK mid-market segment. This represents a significant opportunity to drive growth in our most established and substantial business division, leveraging decades of market expertise and our comprehensive, AI-enabled integrated solution.
We are looking for someone who shares our passion and belief in the opportunity to lead the mid-market segment through our market-leading Evolve Suite. A proven track record in B2B enterprise software marketing, particularly in finance and HR solutions targeting mid-market organisations, will be essential. Additionally, experience in integrated solution marketing, demand generation for complex software suites, and driving growth in established market segments will be critical to success in this demanding and hugely rewarding role.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Strategic Marketing: Partner with key leaders to align on targets and resources for our largest software division, integrate acquisitions into the Core ERP portfolio, and represent customer needs to drive business goals across the UK mid-market.
- Pipeline and Revenue Focus: Deliver marketing targets through innovative demand generation for the Evolve Suite, ensuring consistent brand messaging that highlights our differentiated integrated offering, and aligning with the broader ERP Marketing Leadership team.
- Market Leadership: Position Core ERP as the definitive solution for UK mid-market organisations, leveraging our market-leading position and the comprehensive capabilities of the Evolve Suite across finance, HR, payroll and spend automation.
- Leadership & Team: Build and motivate a high-performing marketing team focused on the UK mid-market, managing workloads to meet strategic objectives and drive growth in our largest software business.
- Data and Operations: Evolve marketing performance metrics specific to mid-market customers, ensure data regulation compliance, and communicate effectively at all levels within our most significant business division.
Your skills and experiences include:
- Proven growth marketer with experience in B2B demand generation, especially in mid-market enterprise software solutions and integrated business management suites.
- Skilled in lead generation, website optimisation, content marketing, and digital tools, with a solid understanding of the full customer journey for complex, integrated software solutions.
- Able to execute marketing initiatives and develop strategies that drive strong growth in established markets, making data-driven decisions to optimise ROI for high-value mid-market customers.
- Experience marketing finance, HR, payroll or related business management solutions, with understanding of how to position integrated suites against point solutions.
- Full accountability, a commercial mindset, and a willingness to challenge the status quo to achieve targets in competitive mid-market segments.
