Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist
The role requires hybrid working in our office location in Timisoara. If you are currently located elsewhere, relocation will be necessary and we offer support throughout the process.

About you:
The Marketing Automation Specialist is the biggest advocate of our Marketo implementation and plays a key role in its effective and smooth running. We want you to be our Marketo expert and understand the best practices in email marketing including right nurture tracks to provide incremental value to nudge our leads towards sale in a way that feels personalised, human, and still converts. We also need you to understand the right types of content and calls-to-action to present to the right people at the right time, both for lead nurturing and to boost the sharing and forwarding of our content.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Email marketing execution & collaboration: Manage all aspects of email campaigns, including database segmentation, target list creation, campaign building (templates, calls-to-action, landing pages, forms, automation flows), in coordination with the field marketing team.
• Marketo expertise & analytics: Utilize Marketo to its full potential, troubleshoot issues (data imports, sync failures, campaign errors), and develop analytics (dashboards, reports) to evaluate channel effectiveness and database segments.
• Database segmentation & best practices: Segment the prospect and customer database based on demographics, behaviors, and lifecycle status. Share marketing automation best practices with the team through documentation and meetings.
• Email optimization & content distribution: Reduce unsubscribes and enhance email productivity and deliverability. Develop lead nurture processes, A/B tests, and new strategies for growth using various channels (email, social media, blogging, events). Collaborate with content producers to distribute engaging content and manage the contact reach and data build strategy, fostering strong relationships with the marketing team.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Education & experience: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Digital Marketing qualifications with proven experience in digital marketing roles and implementing digital marketing plans. Marketing automation experience with systems like Marketo is essential; SaaS and Cloud experience is a plus, and Salesforce experience is a bonus.
• Marketing expertise & software proficiency: Mastery of the complete marketing mix, especially email campaigns for content, events, and calls-to-action. Well-practiced in planning and executing campaigns to drive leads through the sales funnel. Proficient in Microsoft applications and experienced with marketing automation tools, particularly Marketo.
• Analytical & data-driven approach: Strong analytical skills with a numbers-driven mindset for making decisions based on data. Expertise in segmenting databases to create targeted campaigns and utilizing A/B testing to enhance conversion rates through an agile approach.
• Planning, communication & teamwork: Excellent planning and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive attitude. Driven to support team success, recommend and implement new lead generation and nurturing initiatives, and be a bright, flexible, and energetic team player.
