Day-to-day, you will:  • Coordinate, manage, and deliver People and Talent enablement programs in Products & Engineering; create reusable blueprints for global rollout in our Global Operational Centres. Work with local recruitment teams and onsite leaders to source talent, coordinate learning tasks, and lead decision-making processes where applicable. • Collaborate with divisional leaders and stakeholders on workforce and skill planning for Early Careers hires each financial year. Support Early Careers hires through their first 12 months, including ongoing training, progress checks, and maintaining a community among new cohorts. • Design, deliver, and evaluate high-quality development programs specific to Products & Engineering, including Team Leader training, coaching, mentoring, and addressing training needs for mergers and acquisitions. Develop and deliver training materials and assessment criteria for programs. • Collaborate with stakeholders and global partners to identify training needs. Conduct surveys, focus groups, and analyze key metrics to provide progress reports, inform decision-making, and identify areas for improvement. Research external market trends to stay ahead and organize related events such as job fairs, hackathons, and networking events.
