About you: You are a creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for learning and development. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple workstreams, and bring a strategic mindset to program management and learner engagement. You enjoy working with data, designing meaningful experiences, and improving internal communications through innovative tools and platforms. Day to Day, you will: •Provide end-to-end admin support for the GT&L Team, Access Learner base, and L&D community •Manage delegate and systems for programs such as L2L •Own the Learning.Development@theaccessgroup.com inbox, responding to learner and platform-related queries •Download and consolidate reports from platforms like XD, OurViews, Access Learning, Bookboon, Inrehearsal, LinkedIn Learning, MS Forms •Lead strategic comms through various channels (Engage, Buzz, Leader Lowdown, Teams, Access Learning Spotlights) to improve engagement and ROI •Track click-through rates (CTR) and implement improvements based on analytics •Ensure all learning content meets best practices and is optimized for user experience •Provide system build support for ad-hoc requests from teams without dedicated L&D resources •Monitor AEL completion rates, engage with ESBP to drive progress through regular follow-ups •Manage and maintain licences across LinkedIn Learning, Inrehearsal, and Franklin Covey, including offboarding to ensure data integrity and licence availability Your Skills & Experience: •Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills •Strong project management capabilities, comfortable handling multiple programs simultaneously •Experienced in working with learning systems and reporting tools •A proactive problem-solver who can adapt quickly and work cross-functionally Tools & Platforms: •Access Learning, LinkedIn Learning, Bookboon, MS Office (advanced Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, Forms, Outlook) •Power BI / Tableau •Canva, Asana, BananaTag, Articulate •Experience with third-party program rollout platforms.
