The Junior Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with current customers and providing training and resources to ensure customer success. This role is focused on onboarding new Fathom customers and enabling current customers to grow their usage of Fathom. 


Day-to-day, you will:

· Develop high value relationships with customers and become the trusted resource for customers. 

· Onboard new customers, ensuring their initial needs are met, and they have a roadmap to their ultimate outcomes. 

· Manage a book of managed customers, providing updates, training, and assistance as needed.

· Maintain a consistent approach to management processes and data entry of key information. 

· Identify opportunities for growth and recognize potential downside risks in customer accounts.

· Contact existing customers to develop relationships and drive growth. 

· Keep CRM records accurate and up to date. 

· Record key customer data in Hubspot to ensure accurate and reliable data.

· Maintain an up-to-date portfolio for accurate revenue forecasting. 

· Host weekly training webinars to enable prospects. 

· Attend industry events to represent the Fathom brand.

· Cancellations $ 

· New Customer 3-month Net Revenue Retention % 

Your skills and experiences will include: 

Required:

 · Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College.

 · Exceptional communication, customer service, and presentation skills.

 · Ability to apply an analytical approach to problem-solving.

 · Strong project management and organizational skills. 


Preferred:

 · Understanding of financial fundamentals (educational or work experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields). 

 · Prior experience with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, & Microsoft Outlook.

· Software (SaaS) or tech sales experience.

The base salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
