Apply to find out more.   Day-to-day, you will:  • Guide hotel staff and senior managers through a structured and detailed software installation and training program • Configuring the database in preparation for the system integration • Working closely with our third party Payment Providers to support the integration and implementation of the systems • Deal with any Support tickets relating to recent go lives, on-going escalations and changes to requirements     Your skills and experiences might also include:   • You're experienced with Front of House processes, taking pre-auths and dealing with payments • You’re interested in hotel systems and providing improved technical solutions • You relentlessly think about the customer and providing exceptional customer service • You can work autonomously - once given a project, you can tackle the bulk of it, taking input and feedback but making it your own through to successful conclusion What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
