About you:
As the Global Talent Partner you will support the Global Head of Talent and Learning with development of the Access strategic talent agenda and manage our approach to talent management. The Global Talent Partner also plays a key role in supporting the development of talent and learning solutions that upskill the Access workforce for our current and future goals.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Develop the strategic talent agenda determining the approach to buy and build talent in conjunction with key stakeholders - Functional and Divisional DMTs and ESBPs and M&A, Talent Acquisition.
• Develop, implement and embed succession planning and talent management practices for identification, development and mobilization of high potential talent.
• Global Management in coordination with ESBPs and ATG of talent reviews, promotion and succession planning and ongoing improvements to our performance management approach.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of career development strategies, tools, and resources.
• Be the expert on the internal talent market for Divisions and Functions and advise business teams on trends and opportunities.
• Lead initiatives to identify and develop critical talent and facilitate talent mobility programs to foster career growth and retention.
• Implement, oversee, and develop goal setting and performance development processes to drive employee engagement, accountability, and continuous feedback.
• Partner with ESBPs to address talent gaps and cultivate a culture of talent development and retention.
• Collaborate with the DMTs and ESBPs to ensure talent strategies are in sync with group strategic objectives, impacting organizational performance positively.
• Provide oversight and guidance to the Campus to Career Lead & programme team to ensure alignment and partnership.
• Support our Learning Partners as needed with program development and delivery of our Learning and Leadership programs and initiatives.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Tertiary Qualifications in HR, Talent/Organizational Development, L&D or equivalent
• Significant experience in developing a talent strategy and talent initiatives and large-scale capability initiatives.
• End to end project management of strategic programs in a large organisations.
• Ability to apply strategic thinking to connect related work and make recommendations aligned to business drivers.
• Strong collaboration skills including the ability to work with diverse and dispersed working teams, without direct reporting relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Data lead approach with the ability to relate commercial and people insights to inform decision making.
• Strong project management skills, high level of numeracy.
• Cross cultural awareness.
