About You:

As a CRS Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless and successful implementations of our Central Reservation System (CRS) solutions. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same—managing multiple projects, solving challenges proactively, and empowering users through hands-on training. As the key link between clients and internal teams, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing CRS functionalities to enhance operational efficiency and drive business results.

Day to day, you will:

Lead CRS Implementations & Project Management

  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
  • Oversee scope management, assessing the impact of change requests on timelines and costs.

Client Communication & Training

  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the onboarding process.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, training sessions, and support calls to ensure system adoption.
  • Provide clear, ongoing communication for a smooth transition to live operations.

System Configuration & Optimization

  • Configure the CRS system based on implementation plans (no coding required).
  • Lead "Current State vs. Future State" assessments to align functionality with client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Support, and Integration teams to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding challenges.
  • Provide feedback to enhance CRS features and the user experience.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff to Client Success and Technical Support for long-term success.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding.
  • Provide clients with updated implementation plans, project schedules, and benchmark metrics.
  • Continuously optimize onboarding strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Your skills and experience will include:

Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in CRS onboarding, implementation, or hotel distribution technology.
  • Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple client implementations simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills to effectively guide customers through onboarding.
  • Proven ability to analyze business needs and configure CRS solutions accordingly.
  • Experience in the hospitality or SaaS industry is highly advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SaaS-based hospitality technology and distribution systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed for training and implementation.

Location: Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones to ensure alignment with our core business hours and effective collaboration with our team.
