Position Summary: ES Operations, Lead, Americas
The ES Operations Lead, Americas is responsible for leading and executing ES operational strategies across the Americas region, ensuring the seamless delivery of ES services, compliance, and process efficiencies. This role will provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership in ES operations, overseeing key functions such as employee lifecycle management, HR technology, compliance, payroll coordination, and process optimization. The ES Operations Lead will partner closely with regional ES teams and business leaders to drive operational excellence and support business growth objectives. As we prepare to implement Workday globally, the ES Operations Lead, will play a pivotal role leading process alignment, requirements gathering, providing regional representation across all related workstreams and ensuring the effective delivery of this and other important HR technology initiatives.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- ES Operations Leadership: Oversee all HR operational functions across the Americas, ensuring alignment with global HR policies and local labor laws.
- Process Optimization & Efficiency: Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance HR service delivery, automation, and scalability.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies across multiple jurisdictions in the Americas region.
- Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Work closely with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and vendor management.
- HR Technology & Systems: Lead the implementation, optimization, and management of HRIS and other HR technologies to improve data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and ES service delivery to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Data & Reporting: Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR business partners, finance, legal, and other key stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a high-performing HR operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
Compensation:
$120-$140k/annually

Skills and Experience:
- ES Operations Expertise: Extensive experience managing HR operations, shared services, or service delivery in a multinational organization.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements across the Americas region.
- Technology & HRIS Proficiency: Experience with HR & TA technology platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paylocity, Greenhouse) and data analytics tools.
- Process Improvement & Change Management: Proven ability to optimize HR processes, drive automation, and manage organizational change.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits processes and best practices.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze HR data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships across diverse teams.
- Strategic & Hands-On Approach: Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Additional Desired Skills:
- Project Management Experience: Expertise in managing large-scale HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Understanding of DEI principles and their integration into HR operations.
- Global HR Exposure: Experience working in a global HR environment and collaborating across multiple regions. Experience working in Central & Latin America a distinct advantage.
Location Requirement: Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones to ensure alignment with core business hours and effective collaboration with the team.
