The role holder will be responsible for reorganizing the groups disparate divisional Project Management teams into a single, aligned, high-performing Project Management Practice (Centre of Excellence), focused on customer outcomes, project delivery excellence, and project profitability. As the global lead for Project Management, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of projects across The Access Group, covering 6000+ concurrent engagements, ensuring adherence to defined Project Governance Standards. Day-to-day, you will:  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Project Management and Strategic Projects function, aligning it with the company's overall objectives. • Embed, evolve and refine the AIMS project management methodology, processes, and tools that deliver consistency, quality, and successful customer outcomes across all projects. • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of Project & Program Managers, building the necessary competencies across the team, enabled through professional growth opportunities, and optimized through project management best practices. • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to feedback lessons learned and drive cross-functional collaboration for the good of Access and our Customers.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, and drive their adoption to enhance project delivery capabilities. • Champion the implementation of innovative project management techniques, tools, and methodologies to optimize project outcomes and efficiency. • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Project Management team, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-pollination of ideas.
