The client management team at CPL Learning (part of Access) build and maintain great client relationships by providing best in class customer service, insight and deliverables.
You will be overseeing the provision of work for your assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring it is all delivered to the highest of standard and on time. The customers that are assigned to your portfolio will be yours to engage, develop and build meaningful relationships with. You will be integral to identifying and creating further opportunities to broaden client stakeholder engagement and CPL Learning’s revenue prospects.
Working closely with your Senior Client Manager, you will review project plans, test system changes, manage contract renewals and ensure our customers make the most of our products. You may be asked to assist in the creation of presentations, meeting minutes and agendas too.
Our Graduate Client Managers work closely with development teams to ensure that the needs of customers are met. This can sometimes involve discussions of technical concepts which we will support you in learning.

The successful candidate may have some or all of the following attributes:
• Experience in computer programming or software development
• Prior experience in the hospitality or retail sectors in a customer-facing role
• An understanding of SaaS and different development methodologies
