About the role: 

We a seeking a highly skilled and autonomous Project Manager who can thrive and excel in dynamic environments. You will play a key role in the delivery of strategic companywide projects aligned to our global growth ambitions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners and managing cross-functional teams and work closely with our expanding workforce in our Global Operations Centres. You will have demonstrable experience of leading complex projects, work with cross functional senior management teams.  

Day-to-day, you will: 

  • Will work with the Global Operations team to scope and successfully deliver value through project execution.  

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets. 

  • Your experience means that you will be running multiple projects or engagements and will take pride in always delivering great customer service. 

  • Conduct regular team & project meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged. 

  • Owning all communications, communicate the schedule with the Global Operations teams and stakeholders ensuring that the proposed dates are agreeable with resources and delivery expectations. 

  • All project administration and governance will be undertaken on a timely basis and opportunities for process improvement continuously sought. 

  • Apply an innovative approach to achieving delivery and implementation best practice. 

  • Stakeholder management including Director Level contact 

Your skills and experiences might also include:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. 

  • 3+ years of experience in transition and transformation project management in commercial businesses and ideal involving scale up or migration of teams. 

  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with experience of leading process involving cross-functional teams. 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and functional team members. 

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. 

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. 

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting. 

  • Experience working in a multicultural, global environment.
