Key accountabilities and responsibilities: • Develop software solutions to meet agreed acceptance criteria and stories using a range of languages and technologies. • Proactively contribute to Technical Roadmap, demonstrating good understanding of technical, commercial and risk factors, and recommending priorities. • Management of effective CI Pipeline and source control. • Champion a quality focussed approach showing ownership for QA activities and collaboration with the QA team. Skills, knowledge, experience & qualifications: • At least 2 years C# and .NET Framework, Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Profiling • Experience with React UI & React JS development • Confident in ability to Design, write and unit-test new code using most of the following languages: SQL, JavaScript, React, Typescript • Experience with automated testing and a good understanding of when and what to test • Excellent documentation skills, attention to detail and an ability to communicate detailed technical issues to stakeholders and to the internal business/project team Key performance indicators: • Engage in and contribute to the team grooming meetings • Mentor and assist Junior team members • Follow guidance from Senior team members What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
