About You:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Americas executive leadership team, with a primary focus on supporting the President of the Americas. This role is critical in ensuring the executive team’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and business growth. You will have the chance to work closely with a dynamic leadership team, gain exposure to critical decision-making processes, and contribute to meaningful projects. Day to day, you will:
- Proactively manage the President’s complex calendar, coordinate internal and external meetings, and arrange travel in line with company policies, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President and other members of the Americas executive leadership team, ensuring clear communication and a high level of professionalism.
- Organize and coordinate meeting logistics, including agendas and actionable follow-ups.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Proactively anticipate the President’s needs and provide solutions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with onboarding new starters and collaborate with other members of the executive team and support staff to drive organizational priorities.
Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or in a similar role, supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal with sensitive and complex situations confidently.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative, work independently and exercise sound judgement in fast-paced environments while maintaining confidentiality, impartiality and discretion.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Interest or experience in corporate social responsibility or community engagement initiatives.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,00 to $60,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. Exceptional candidates with skills or experience exceeding the stated qualifications may be considered for compensation outside of this range.
