About You:
The APAC Employee Success team are looking for an Operations Manager to develop and manage the HR Operations team for the growing APAC region.
You will have previous experience in setting up and managing HR Service centres and/or Operations teams, you are comfortable in establishing and improving processes and setting up and maintaining systems, all whilst building and growing the team and setting them up for success.

Day-to-day, you will:
. Develop a team of highly performing HR Advisors and HR Assistants, who will, together with yourself act as trusted advisors to leaders providing tier 1 and tier 2 advice, guidance, coaching and support
· This will include all aspects of ER, such as performance management, absence, grievance, redundancy and disciplinary
· Extends across all countries we operate within our APAC region
· Create and embed best practice HR processes and ways of working across the APAC region, ensuring compliance to local country legal frameworks
· Working alongside the HR Partners, taking the lead, executing and forming part of key HR project teams
· Ultimate custodian for all onboarding / offboarding processes and procedures; colleague data, including HRIS expert; HR compliance; reward and benefits knowledge hub; employment visas / right to work compliance
· Provide executive reporting, analysis and trending to identify reactive and proactive actions to support all employees and leaders
· Collaborate with the wider People team initiatives and then look to embed across the business
· Manage a team of HR Assistants and HR Advisors as we evolve, including upskilling and integration of HR processes whilst continuing to grow
Skills and Experiences likely include:
· Currently working in an HR Operations or HR Shared Services manager role, or as an HRBP with strong project management skills and operations orientation
· Experienced in working within a fast-paced environment (ideally technology) with ever changing priorities
· Experienced in establishing an HR Operations team and managing the development of a hybrid team of new and experienced HR Assistants and / or HR Advisors located across the region
· Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge and engage stakeholders
· You’re a team player who is resourceful, meticulous, and able to prioritise across multiple stakeholder groups. You don’t shy away from rolling your sleeves up and getting “stuck in”
· Prepared to go outside of your comfort zone and be ready to fail fast, it’s the best way to grow!
· You’re resilient and comfortable with transparency, ambiguity, and change
