We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  We are looking for a highly accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team, targeting organisations of 750-8,000 employees. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in closing complex, high-value SaaS deals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and consistently exceed sales quotas. They must be confident in multi-threading across various organizational structures, building strong internal deal teams, and efficiently managing lengthy sales cycles with exceptional organisational skills. As a member of the New Business People sales team, we seek an energetic individual who excels both independently and as part of a team. You should be comfortable taking ownership of your performance and actively building your network. You will have a hunter mentality and We are committed to supporting your ambitions, whether you aim to excel in your current role or advance within the Access business. Day-to-day, you will:  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of high-potential enterprise accounts. • Complex Deal Management: Successfully navigate complex sales cycles, managing multiple stakeholders and overcoming challenges. • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate a strong commercial mindset, including pricing, negotiation, and contract structuring. • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. • Solution Selling: Articulate the value proposition of our SaaS solution to address complex business challenges. • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and forecast sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation. • Sales Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing refinement of sales methodologies and tools. • Proactively identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through various channels including your own prospecting, networking, and digital outreach. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Proven track record of closing large, complex SaaS deals within the enterprise segment, with a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and buying process. • Strong commercial and financial acumen, paired with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at the C-level and across all levels of an organization, with a demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities and cross-sell SaaS solutions. • Experience in B2B sales, specifically within HCM or Learning software, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex deals simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Comfortable presenting to groups both in person and virtually, working effectively as part of a small team and independently with strong time management and self-motivation. • Demonstrated commitment to personal and team development, acting with integrity, loyalty, and honesty, even under pressure. • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Salesforce, with a full UK driving license for travel to prospects and clients.
