About you: You will focus on planning and running marketing campaigns across the entire customer journey from customer acquisition to cross-sell and upsell, as well as supporting with customer success and advocacy programs using all elements of the marketing mix. You will be collaborating with sales, product and marketing colleagues to execute plans and continuously strive for improvement in key program performance indicators. Day-to-day, you will: • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with Content Writers to develop and promote a rich and varied marketing plan that attracts a qualified audience. Work with divisional marketing and digital teams to execute campaigns that drive inbound leads and pipeline growth. • Campaign & Email Marketing: Plan and execute outbound email marketing activities via Marketo. Engage clients through the sales funnel by executing targeted marketing campaigns and working closely with stakeholders across sales, product, and marketing. • Performance & Analytics: Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI, optimizing plans based on data insights. Test new approaches, analyze audience segments, and refine strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates. • Stakeholder & Administrative Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders through continuous communication. Handle reporting tasks, update campaign performance metrics, and support administrative functions such as raising POs. Your skills and experiences might also include:  • Marketing Strategy & Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of how marketing connects directly to revenue, with experience in planning and managing marketing strategies across inbound digital and outbound tactics. Skilled in developing rich content plans to attract a qualified audience. • Digital & Performance Marketing: Confident in working with digital and cross-divisional teams to grow leads and pipeline through PPC, SEO, and social strategies. Experienced in measuring results against targets, optimizing campaigns, and testing new approaches to enhance performance. • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: A proactive and adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills. Capable of confidently promoting ideas, influencing peers, and working seamlessly with sales, product, and marketing teams to achieve shared goals. • Creativity & Problem-Solving: Open to innovation, continuously seeking new ways of working and improving campaigns. Able to bring ideas to life visually with the support of creative teams while ensuring execution aligns with business objectives.
