About you Employee Success (ES) is looking for an ambitious Programme Manager to help transform and shape the people agenda within the function and across Access. This role will be instrumental in helping shape our ambition to scale Access with ultimate goal to grow our global workforce to 12,000 employees by 2026. This role will report directly to the Chief Employee Success Officer and will work collaboratively across the Employee Success Leadership Team (ESLT). The perfect candidate is someone who has a growth mindset and demonstrates this in everything they do, everyday. You are comfortable and experienced in working with a diverse and matrixed global organisation. You are passionate about creating a great employee experiences and centre your decisions around ‘doing the right thing’.  You are proactive and have a real passion for employee experience and are driven to make Access ‘the Place to Be’.  Day-to-day, you will: • Partner with the Global ESLT in identifying key transformation priorities within ES and across Access, managing against specific budget, timelines and deliverables. • Provide transparency across all risks through program governance • Create, execute and keep others accountable to detailed plans across several projects at once with focus on high quality • Collaborate with ES Subject Matter Experts and cross functional teams to deliver successful outcomes against the programme of work • Cultivate effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation. • Create and socialise an effective and structured programme governance model which works for Employee Success and our rapid growth ambitions • Collaborate with the Communications & Engagement team to ensure transformation initiatives land successfully with the employee experience at the heart • Lead the transition of all projects to 'Business as Usual', ensuring a seamless integration and sustained success. • Ensure compliance with company and country-specific policies, procedures and standards. • Work collaboratively with ES M&A team to ensure all new initiatives are introduced at the right time and in the right way with acquired talent Your skills and experiences might also include: • Strong communication, negotiation, problem solving, and relationship building skills. • Advanced knowledge of the employee lifecycle and of wide range of ES principles, processes, and technology • Proven experience in building programme plans founded on tried and tested change principles and methodologies • Experience working with senior leaders to create outcomes which drive high performance and engagement.     • Experience working cross-functionally, understanding complex matrixed organisations, and implementing best-in-class project/programme management practices • Excellent programme management skills, executing against tight timelines • Ability to perform in an ambiguous, face paced tech environment and make transformative decisions quickly and against competing priorities. • Experience to influencing, collaborating and communicating across all levels. • Ability to flux between pragmatic and strategic thinking, taking into account a variety of external and changing factors • Practical experience and knowledge of basic employment legislation. Expertise in processes related to information and consultation requirements in key European and APAC countries. • Highly autonomous with capability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives. • Excellent storytelling skills using data with experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting.
