About you:  This role of Divisional Marketing Manager (DMM) will lead the identification and execution of key marketing initiatives that will grow the Access Legal division with a specific focus on customer marketing through cross-sell and upsell campaigns, customer communications, engagements and events and helping our customers realise the value of their investment. You are a creative thinker with a talent for crafting and refining effective marketing messaging that resonates with customers and delivering high-quality, multi-channel campaigns that are precise and customer-centric. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, measuring and success of customer marketing activities promoting specific relevant legal solutions. Reporting to the head of marketing working in lock-step with account managers, customer success, product marketing, product management, and external partners where relevant. Day-to-day, you will:   Messaging and positioning: Support the development of specific product propositions, working with the product marketing team and translating these into key messages, content and campaigns for target personas. Build collaborative relationships: with your key internal stakeholders through frequent, consistent and effective interaction.  Act as the trusted, go-to-person for customer marketing. Program development and management: Plan, create and execute programs to attract and nurture customers through the sales funnel with a specific focus on cross-sell and up-sell programs to that advance interest across the customer lifecycle and increase penetration within our legal customer base to reach pipeline and order intake goals. Customer Communications: Engage our customer base to launch new capabilities (e.g. new features, functionality and modules or offerings) and drive activation among end users. Lead nurturing and pipe progression: Support our team of account managers with sales enablement materials and calling days to optimise the yield of qualified sales opportunities Sales Enablement: Arm our account management teams with relevant content, customer case studies, cheat sales, sales enablement tools to support them with pipe creation and lead nurturing. Email marketing: Plan multi-touch email acquisition and nurturing programs with compelling calls-to-action, executed with support from our central digital marketing team Events management: Project manage customer marketing events Develop your sector knowledge of the legal market and our core personas to build and execute multi-channel marketing programmes to drive lead generation and improve win rates. Gain in-depth understanding of the buying and sales process for customers in order to execute relevant sales enablement and nurture programmes that drive pipeline and orders. KPI and Performance Management: Use software tools and collaborate with sales teams to drive and report on KPI results, continually measure and optimise plans, test and learn to find new approaches and analyse segments to drive campaign results. External partners: Where relevant work with external partners and relationships to maximize opportunities Where relevant Working with our “Digital Squad” to accelerate results and marginal gains through website optimisation, PPC, SEO social media marketing Your skills and experiences might also include:    Experience in developing and delivering integrated successful marketing plans across all areas of the marketing mix (owned, earned and paid) Specific experience and passion for customer marketing, customer journey planning, and sales enablement Experience of or demonstrable understanding of creating compelling Marketing propositions and translating these into engaging Sales enablement programmes. Solid understanding and experience of content development, outreach and lead generation Have demonstrable and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and translate product information into customer outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convert technical information into business benefits appealing to a mix of target personas Education: Bachelor’s Degree or marketing qualification preferred Experience in SaaS technology / legal / professional services / compliance preferred Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably to a b2b audience Project management of campaigns and multiple stakeholders What are we all about?   At Access we love software and how technology never stays the same.
