Role summary:Join our sales team as a Digital Sales Executive and engage with prospects and customers through telephone, email and social media to establish a pipeline, generating qualified appointments with decision-making stakeholders, demonstrating the product/service via Zoom, closing a significant number of created opportunities, and providing a thorough handover to the onboarding team. Responsibilities include: • Generate new target prospects through research, networking and referrals• Achieve KPIs set by leadership on a daily basis • Convert leads to sales-qualified opportunities and pass them through to Sales Account Managers • Surpasses personal targets and possesses a clear understanding of performance criteria • Complete structured notes for each demonstration booked • Maintain activity in HubSpot to a high standard As a well-rounded Digital Sales Executive, your Skills and Experiences likely include: • Experience in selling software over the phone is preferable • A proven track record of pro-actively making telephone calls to prospects or clients • A motivated self-starter who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, ‘never give up’ attitude • An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices • Ability and willingness to work independently or as part of a team • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation • Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail • Have good administration skills: you will be required to keep our Hubspot system up to date with relevant sales information.
