This role is focused on driving lead volume and order intake for a growing market for Access Recruitment across APAC. The target audience for this role is recruitment agencies based in APAC specifically, Australia and New Zealand. Day-to-day your role will both lead the marketing strategy for the APAC region (across our existing portfolio of products and new acquisitions) and execute on it. We’re looking for someone with a flair for driving leads across the marketing mix, including email, content, paid media, webinars, digital PR campaigns, and SEO programmes. You will be accountable for delivering hard metrics and demonstrating the ROI of your marketing plans, so this role is for someone who loves reporting on performance and will have a natural handle on the numbers. You will own the success of the divisional marketing programs, report to the Head of Marketing, Digital Product Owner and work closely with sales, product management, and external partners. We’d like a data-driven problem solver who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up, working at pace to achieve results. To be successful, you’ll need good communication skills and to be able to confidently engage with external and internal stakeholders, as well as driving our internal teams to deliver lead performance vs target. Day to day you will: - Own Marketing Pipeline: Ensure delivery of pipeline targets for REC products and support business growth. - Lead Generation: Manage demand and lead generation across multiple marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, and social media. - Campaign Development: Create and execute campaigns to drive lead improvements, from ideation to execution and reporting. - Optimize User Experience: Work with digital teams to improve website conversion and enhance user experiences. - SEO & Performance Analysis: Focus on SEO, analyze marketing channels, and implement improvements to enhance lead quality and order intake. Your skills and experiences might also include:   - Integrated B2B Marketing Expertise: Experienced in developing and executing B2B marketing plans that align with business KPIs across all marketing channels. - Digital Marketing & Tools: Proficient in managing digital marketing funnels and using tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to optimize performance. - Creative & Commercially Minded: Creative thinker with some recruitment industry knowledge, able to recommend marketing investments that maximize ROI. - Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. - Adaptable & Goal-Oriented: Highly organized, with a proactive attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment. Measuring success: - Product pipeline volumes vs target – both driving marketing sourced and working with sales teams to deliver sales sourced leads. - Measurable growth in awareness and consideration amongst prospects. - Channel-specific metrics such as click-through-rate, website user-to-lead conversion, engagement rate and bounce rate. - Sales/revenue growth, with a clear connection between marketing initiatives and ROI. What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
