This role will be part of our established and ever-growing hospitality division. With over 3,600 customers from independent coffee shops to enterprise pub chains, to favorite spots like Honest Burger, Wagamama, and Black Sheep. We’ve set ourselves ambitious growth targets for this year and are looking for a high-caliber digital whizz to come and join us.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Automation Executive to come on board, drive growth in our fast SaaS businesses and deliver a great digital customer journey.

You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced team. We’re remote-based but have personal team meetings throughout the year where we collaborate and socialize.

Overview

As our Digital Marketing Automation Executive, you will be responsible for driving the performance of the end-to-end funnel journey for our fast SaaS customers. You’ll work alongside a team including PPC Lead, Growth Manager, Digital Product Executive as well as the wider marketing team within the division.

This is a key role in creating and managing a seamless digital experience for our customers. You will be putting your expertise into practice, optimizing each stage of the funnel, testing messaging and approaches, and delivering results.

• Execute all elements of the end-to-end funnel journey. Managing and creating automation, templates, content, call to action, etc in collaboration with your marketing and growth team colleagues
• Test and implement new approaches to help improve results
• Create carefully crafted journeys for multiple segments
• Troubleshoot any aspect of the automation process and ensure a seamless experience for our customers
• Clear and concise performance reporting to stakeholders
• Ensure we are maximizing our tech stack to its full potential

Your skills and experience might also include

• Experience and understanding of funnel creation, management, and optimization
• Experience with marketing automation software such as Hubspot, Marketo, or Intercom
• Ability to be analytical and agile. See opportunities and act on them, test, learn, and implement
• Experience in SaaS, software, cloud, or e-commerce marketing
• Excellent planning, communication, and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated and confident in bringing your ideas forward
• Ability to see the big picture and work collaboratively to deliver results
